We are a women owned company based out of Castle rock, WA. My business partner and I are both electricians with a combined 14 years experience. We strive for the best quality work for the most reasonable price. We want all of our customers to feel like they are getting the highest quality customer service and work possible.
"This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . I hope this helps another consumer to be protected."

You will not find better craftsmanship anywhere and we keep our pricing low because we are not interested in becoming a huge company that pays big salaries for project managers / architects / excessive office people. Our process starts with a FREE estimate a sketch design to scale and will provide a detailed proposal before we leave the appointment, there is no waiting. When your ready 10% gets you on the schedule and in line for installation. We are flexible on payment and have several options. Our install schedule never gets too far out from us because we know how important it is to have that balance with clients. Who wants to throw down a deposit and wait 3-6 months sometimes longer!? We are 3-4 weeks out year round with 3 crews working hard.

We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it do"
