N.D. Brick Pavers LLC

We had a large backyard project completed by ND Brick Pavers at the end of 2021 (Jose and Ryan were our main contacts). We had a really frustrating experience of poor communication and work not being done as requested. We had a lot of back and forth and yet still did not get the result we wanted. Ultimately, the main things we were concerned about came to fruition--there are pavers that are wobbly and not level, there are pavers that create a bowl and trap water creating lakes in our patio and our grass area is basically a swimming pool all winter because they did not provide adequate drainage despite our repeated encouragement/concern. Our fence is now being damaged due to their workmanship putting pressure on it, leading to more money needing to be spent down the road. Despite their "warranty", they have not returned multiple emails from me saying I'd like to discuss the issues. All in all, it is very frustrating to have spent so much money (and time) on a project only to have it do

Customer service is what they are all about. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were a pleasure to work with, and I will use them again soon.

They went to extra trouble to ensure we had the pavers we wanted despite the manufacturer having closed out the item. The two-man work team did an exceptionally good job and made very nice adjustments needed to fit a pre-existing retaining wall boundary. Overall, very pleased with their work.

The team did such an amazing job on our project. They had a great price and they were very professional throughout the install. We are extremely happy with their work and we highly recommend them. They did the turf and the walkway at our house.

The team was amazing. They were on time and were prepared. The crew was happy and cooperative and they worked like crazy. They gave us ideas on what would look good. We loved their attention to detail. It was a big job and they made our backyard look like a park! The pavers and turf are simply beautiful. When we asked them for additional work, they were flexible enough to piggyback it onto the job they were doing. Should the need arise, we would definitely hire them again.
