And once we had this start day and time agreed on after multiple phone calls and emails, they did not show up at the agreeable time and day. My realtor waited for them for 4 hours and then it was decided that they would just come the next day not even come the day they agreed on. The work got finished in time and the contractor asked if he could leave roofing materials on my property for another job in the area which I declined. They asked for cash payment and in-person delivery which was a major inconvenience. We did not agree on cash payment at the beginning of the project, but it was required. The contractor tell me back after the work was completed and offered a discount for the inconvenience."
