"While the owner was very pleasant, it turns out that, despite her high hourly rate, she and her helper were not at all thorough. The helper had to be told to redo the upstairs bathroom and neither one moved items on the floor or counters to clean underneath. I sent her pictures of the dead bugs that were under two tables, one up and one down, that should have been moved for cleaning but she said that if I didn't see the problem before she left there was nothing she would be willing to do to make it right. I told her I didn't want to leave a bad review since she was a pleasant gal but she was unwilling to make it right. I should've asked Angie's list for help immediately as they've been very helpful in the past."
