"Initially confusing due to scheduling issues. Home got pressure washed but they had an incident with equipment breaking and some areas did not get cleaned thoroughly. Had to call to come back out and finish front porch where there was dirt and debris left. Worker returned but was very unprofessional as my wife wanted some areas addressed. Unfortunately he blew her off and left. I'll be glad to provide photos if you don't believe. Unfortunately that 5 star rating was not a true assessment. We definitely won't be using this company again."

The work provided was a great value. We had windows cleaned inside and outside - they've never looked so good! We had our house washed - our siding, shingles, porch, and gutter faces are looking new! Out gutters were completely cleaned in a way I would not ever be able to accomplish on my own, include the downspouts. And we had our walkways and driveway powerwashed to a bright white. "This has to be the WORSE service I have ever paid for. I hired Brian from Shabazz to power-wash my home and completely stain my back deck/patio. The job was poorly done and the final result is mediocre at best. We agreed on a price prior to starting the job. My storm door was left dirty , the window shutters and the front port was full of dirt, Brian did not remove the rugs prior to power washing, so under the rugs is still dirty. The staining of my back deck is AWFUL. The stain was left patchy, spotty and uneven. The trim was left untouched. Brian indicated that he would return to complete the job. Brian was paid in full. At the end of the day Brian asked if I was satisfied with the work, I told him I absolutely was not and gave him the reasons why. Brian indicated he will return during the week to compete the job. Brian NEVER came or called to indicate why he did not come. Today (2/2) I receive a text stating he's unable to come, I asked if a co-worker can come finish the job. Brian indicated NO, they will not come. Brian proceeds to call me difficult because of my expectations. I was respectful to Brian and a co-worker by keeping my dog indoors and away from them at all times while they were working there. The brief moments I interacted with Brian, my dog was in the background but never close to Brian or his co-worker.. I would not be happy to include pictures of the awful job. Brian mentioned that he did not charge me enough and that I got a deal. I reminded Brian that he and I agreed on a price. He has been paid in full for lack of better judgment on my part. In conclusion I would NEVER hire this company again and I warn anyone from choosing this company. My experience with this company has been awful and I have basically wasted my money. The job was left incomplete, uneven, and spotty."
