Top Stream Exterior

Initially confusing due to scheduling issues. Home got pressure washed but they had an incident with equipment breaking and some areas did not get cleaned thoroughly. Had to call to come back out and finish front porch where there was dirt and debris left. Worker returned but was very unprofessional as my wife wanted some areas addressed. Unfortunately he blew her off and left. I'll be glad to provide photos if you don't believe. Unfortunately that 5 star rating was not a true assessment. We definitely won't be using this company again.

Pressure washing was excellent. Gutters were fine and when I was concerned about how something was installed, they came back out to fix it without issue. Easy to deal with.

I contacted three different companies on Angie's List asking for a quote, Top Stream Exteriors was the only one who responded and responded within minutes of asking. Still haven't heard back from the other companies; and it's been over a week. Men wasted no time with the task at hand once they arrived and did an outstanding job. Both men were very friendly and professional.

I requested quotes from 3 places they called promptly and gave a reasonable price. Very polite and pleasant to speak with and was flexible with my schedule. They actually arrived earlier in day than I expected so was happy to find them already working hard when I pulled in driveway. I will use them again for other projects.

The gutter on the front of my house was detached and hanging slightly and when it rained it caused water to pool and fall down the front instead of down the gutter drain. We needed this corrected before it rained again. Caleb contacted me immediately after messaging him about this job. He was very patient as I explained what was happening and wanted to stop by for a quote. Not only did he quote me when he stopped to look at the situation, but he fixed it right there on the spot. It was very quick and surprisingly quiet. I was very impressed with his professionalism and good customer service. Lastly, I think for the job we needed, the cost was very fair and reasonable for this service. I highly recommend Top Stream and Caleb and will definitely be using them for any future gutter services.
