"Worker showed up on time agreed upon. I was surprised to see him by himself to move and load a full size refrigerator. The hand truck he used appeared to be too small for job and had partially flat tire. His trailer tailgate was wet and he slipped while trying to load first time. I suggested he lay the refrigerator on its side and slide it onto the trailer which he did. Job thankfully was completed without injury. We discussed possible future work and he left."

Again I called and complained the told me that they can’t send anyone to pick and I have to wait for the next pickup date which is Thursday so I have to wait a week with trash bin full of trash and five trash bags sitting in my garage due to the fact I can’t and they said sorry sir. I’m on the process of going back to there competitor which I never had a problem with them"
