I ordered a dumpster for basic garage cleanup and when it did not show up on the agreed date and time and that I would not be charged until it was picked up. On the agreed day of delivery I had to call several times before finally reaching someone because not only did no one show up and no one call, my card had already been charged. After I finally got a hold of the owner, she gave me the driver's number and HE informed me that they had an admin issue (their fleet ALL had expired tags and they were unable to deliver the dumpster when promised) but would bring it the next day. The next day again no call no show and after over a dozen calls to the business owner I finally got a hold of the driver I spoke with the day before who had finally explained the problem and was assured that I would get it the next day (Monday), and that I would be given until that next Sunday morning for no extra charge. I never heard back from the owner despite several dozen calls, several voicemails and texts. That Monday the driver called me to ask if I had been refunded my money or if I had heard back from the owner and when I told him I hadn't he agreed to bring the dumpster as soon as possible It was delivered at 2 that afternoon, the driver was very helpful and professional. This morning he arrived at 7:30 (no call or text to let me know he was coming) to pick up the dumpster. He told me it was overfull but that for an additional $128 he could come back for anything left behind so they wouldn't be fined. I woke my husband up and he went outside and together they were able to rearrange the trash so that it was no longer overfull (which had I been alone, I wouldn't have ever known). Overall, they provided a service I needed but I will not use them again. If I were simply rating the driver I would give him a solid B, but overall I would say, if you have other options and are not in a time crunch go with someone else - this company is not very reliable and they will make sure they get your money even if you have to wait on their schedule for service and for their whims to even get a call back. Steer Clear!

I had purchased a deal on Angie's list from them but needed to have them do much more. They subtracted what I had paid from total. I was able to schedule a pickup time within 2 days. The crew was very pleasant and professional. They took great care not to damage paint on the walls when moving large pieces. You can receive a tax receipt for furniture that is in good condition. The furniture was transported to a donation site.

I bought this service as an Angies List "Big Deal," but didn't read the fine print that said that items should be outside ready for pickup. My bad. Christopher called first thing in the morning with an ETA, which was accurate. Once he arrived, he could not have been nicer and as he was by himself for the original pick up, volunteered to re-schedule. He brought the owner back later the same day and they (cheerfully) took everything out of the house, loaded it up and took it away. A great experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Christopher of Pure Disposal arrived at the promised time and quickly took away these items. He was very friendly and professional. Our trash hauler would have charged us much more for this service. Compared with the trash hauler, It would have been cheaper just to rent a pickup truck for a day and take the items to the landfill ourselves. Pure Disposal's real deal through Angie's list, although costing a little bit more than our DIY plan, provided a time saving alternative and still saved us money over what we would have paid our trash company. I'd use them again.

The company did an excellent job removing some old yard items, including a heavy chaise and fountain. Chris call ahead to make sure that the agreed on time was still working for me. He was punctual and very courteous. Within 5 minutes everything was loaded on the truck. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was stunned by their performance. I had an email the day I booked the service, and the next morning I got a call to schedule the pick up that afternoon. Chris went above and beyond to see that a working dryer was donated instead of being trashed and made arrangements to get the donation receipt back to me. I will use their services again and highly recommend them.

An excellent service provider, I would recommend them for any hauling needs. Friendly, polite, and capable. Outstanding communication, response time, and punctuality.

They called me while en route with an ETA. When they arrived, they asked me to point to all the items that I wanted picked up. They picked up the items and placed them in their waste container, which was a smaller version of the typical construction waste units. Everything went smoothly, and I would CERTAINLY use them again. I couldn't have asked for a nicer pair of young men to have done the job.

Chris and his colleague were very polite and pleasant to deal with. I called them in the morning and they arrived within hours of my call. They quickly and efficiently removed my old furniture.

It is with extreme pleasure that I provide some feedback to highlight the service received. What is of particular note is the professionalism demonstrated by the Team and it just kept on getting better throughout the service. The team was on time and thorough in everything they did. I was not there, so they took pictures of what the special covered, the met with the tenant of the pickup location and just made her day and mine. This effort supported a young lady in need of a helping hand.There was not any hesitation or doubt as how to do the job. Their compassion for doing a good job was obvious and yielded very big smiles. I will use them again and would most strongly recommend the Military Veteran Team to anyone with a requirement for their services what ever it may be. Thank you for your services.

They were very quick, responded quickly and were very knowledgeable. They were very helpful since I have not had much experience with this they were able to get the job done quickly so I can move out. I would definitely use them again if I need to and have actually referred them to a friend of mine out in Richmond who has just moved into his home and needs landscaping services, as well. They provided dumpsters for my landscaping debris and helped haul everything away, so I didn't have to go to any outside vendor for that. If I have any dumpster needs in the future I would probably go to them for that too. I'll probably be calling them soon to provide dumpster and hauling services when I clean out my basement.
