" Scam! Scam! Scam! I believe this company is the worst home warranty provider in the USA. They were having a promotion and of course I took the bait and it became one of the worst decisions I've made. This company deserves zero stars but I had to choose one to make this post. Please note that any positive reviews you see on them are from those who have not filed a claim. It has been 6 months and I'm still waiting for my cash in lieu check and now my home warranty has expired. Of course I did not renew and that is why I'm still waiting. I call every week for an update and I keep getting a runaround with responses like my check is in the mail and it never comes. And responses like they will call me back and they never do. This company is really the worst. Beware! "

"Planet plumbing is an excellent company to work with. I had some drainage issues that was causing overflow into my house and Planet Plumbing came out right away and fixed the issue entirely. They're not expensive and are trustworthy. I would definitely work with Planet Plumbing again."

Their technician sent an estimate for $580 just to pump out water and remove a few bricks on the foundation for access. I responded back that I thought it was high, but asked them to proceed any how - no answer. called the office, and after two days of "I'll check into it" and we need to talk to the supervisor to see when we can schedule a repair", I was told they could get to it in 11 days just to get access to see if they could repair the leak - mind you this is for an active leak. I ended up driving 230 miles and fix the problem myself. the whole job took 5 hours, and I am not a professional. $120 for them to tell me what I already knew."
