+ -1 moreFailed to address an ongoing problem of the pan under my attic unit which resulted in damage to my ceiling on multiple occasions.
Description of Work: I worked with Reliable Heating & Air for several years. They were punctual and professional. However, I had a persistent problem that I was told by an insurance inspector was a result of issues with the unit in my attic. After repairing the attic 3-4 times, I had another leak. This time, Reliable Heating & Air accepted responsibility and addressed the problem. There was repair that had to be done to my ceiling...which took months to complete, even though it was not a big job. I thought the problem was fixed. However, it happened again. I had a technician take a look at it and he suggested an $800 repair job to address this persistent problem. Well, you can imagine that I was upset since this had been going on for several years. When I inquired about why the issue was not fixed the first time, I received no response. They never addressed the last damage that I had to my ceiling as a result of their negligence. I was a loyal customer for a number of years and probably would have continued to work with them if they had responded to my inquiry and addressed the problem that started several years prior.

+ -1 moreIt was a bad experience and we would never use them again. They were very unreliable. We wound up having to spend another $700 to come in and fix their mess. It was just a nightmare. It actually took 7 months to complete the job so we went without heating and cooling in our house for 7 months. The job was half completed and the equipment was half installed; the outside unit was in and the inside unit wasn't. It was an unbelievable summer. There was a lack of communication and follow through. They ended up actually having to sub it out. When he was here, he did great work. The problem was getting him here. Their price was middle of the road.
