The company rep, Chris Lear, was very good explaining what they would do and why our attic needed R-38 insulation. I knew we needed more but did not realize our attic was only R-13. I have worked with numerous contractors before on projects and felt this was a really good company plus they have great reviews. The installation of the attic insulation went very well.
