The Home Doctor

This company is very disorganized and unreliable. First someone chatted me through the Angi app. Then someone called me and said they would have a manager follow up. That never happened, but I assumed my request was in their system. So then I went to the scheduling tool on their website and booked an estimate. I received a confirmation email and multiple reminder emails afterward. No one showed up. I called customer service. They told me you can't actually book anything through their online booking system. Instead, your "reservation" is supposed to prompt one of their reps to call you and make an "official" reservation. Useless!

I had a great consult with Tony. He helped us understand better some of the root causes of the issues we were having in our home. The gutters look beautiful! The staff were profesional and left everything clean. I would highly recommend the Home Doctor.

The Home Doctor recently installed my new roofing system and did a wonderful job! My neighbor had used them and I saw their yard sign and gave them a call. They had their team out to my house within a week and then my roof installed within 2 weeks from then! My sales representative Daniella was incredible. I may have called her 10 times with questions before install and I was always able to reach her, I don't think I ever have to leave a message for her to call me back! Once the roof was installed Daniella came out to my house to make sure all went well and she even helped me with getting all the paperwork for my new roof sent over to my insurance company. I plan on doing my front door next year and will definitely be giving the home doctor and Daniella a call when I am ready.

My wife and I are extremely happy with our siding purchase. Our salesman Curtis walked us through every step of the process from picking the color to financing and even came back after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied. We will need gutters next spring and will definitely be a returning customer.

The installation of the windows went very well. The amount of time it took to install them was very reasonable. The team (3) did a great job of cleaning up any wood/paint pieces afterwards. The company also offered to clean my windows. Anyway, I will hire them again if I need other outside work done.

I was in need of a repair to my roof due to damage from wind storms. As it turns out, I had the luck of meeting a representative from The Home Doctor, Mr. Mark Nguyen. Mark was the first face of the Home Doctor I met. If the first meeting with Mark had not been successful, I would not have had the pleasure to meet via phone Adela, Jackie, and Quintas. Each representative of the Home Doctor gave me the most courteous, pleasant, and "we will do what we can to help you" attitude that any consumer would expect from a company you are planning to do business with. There were some issues, but the team worked with me diligently to get the issues resolved. The workmanship of the staff which came to my home to replace the roof was exceptional! I was please with the expediency of the work, the neatness of the team. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up the entire work area. I was impressed. You could not tell they were even there with the exception of my beautiful new roof! The Home Doctor was the 1st company contacted for roof replacement and by the end of the appointment I knew the other 2 company estimates I had scheduled would be cancelled. Working with Quintas, also known as “Q”, was perhaps the least stressful and most up honest and upfront transaction I have ever participated in. From the initial introduction and sit down to the finalized deal, “Q” was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered, the measurements and the entire process to having my roof replaced. Because of “Q”, I am looking forward to having The Home Doctor estimate and hopefully perform other home improvements.

Installation was quick and easy. The new windows are great! One window did develop a crack in it after a few months, which happens sometimes. They came out and promptly replaced the panel.

It went very well. The crew came did their work and left my yard clean. I get compliments on my door all of the time.
