Outstanding work. Kyle was very professional and very detailed on what needed to be done and was very thorough in doing it.

The job went great! Unlike other contractors, who used auto-responders during the bid process, Kyle sent a personal message and answered his phone when I called him back. His quote was far below what I was expecting and he stuck to his promise even after a storm rolled in, causing him to add several hours to the job. In addition, tackled several other miscellaneous tasks on the exterior of my home and refused to accept additional compensation. I liked the fact he is a Veteran and, having had similar experiences, we had a lot to talk about. I can’t say enough good things about his personality and demeanor. Kyle was proud of his skills and equipment, and he was happy to explain in detail every step of the treatment to my home’s exterior. I consider Kyle to be the type of person I can call if I have a question about something that may or may not need attention, knowing that he’ll give me an honest assessment if he is able to. I will definitely utilize Power Washington, again, for my home maintenance needs.

Excited my expectations, on time when Kyle said he would be and went above and beyond, looks brand new, I will definitely keep Kyle in mind the next time I need power washing and recommend Power Washington to my friends and neighbors.

Kyle was outstanding. He was very dedicated and completed the job even after spending more time than he anticipated. Lights installation looks awesome and walkways looks great after power washing.

Very well. Kyle did a great job. He arrived when it was raining and kept working while rain continued. After job was done, Kyle questioned us if we were happy and made some corrections at the end for the house to look perfect. He then cleaned the driveway although it was not included in the fee we paid for labor. We would definitely hire Kyle again as he is very nice, diligent, professional, and honest.

Kyle was great. Excellent communication and arrived on time. Power washed concrete porch to remove 40 years of dirt and loose paint in prep for porcelain tile install. He also washed my gutters at no additional cost. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Town water authority must have cut pressure to water so all services could not be completed. Lyle was so concerned by this he manually did my deck on his hand and knees with a scrub brush and would not take any compensation. He had such a professional manner. He left the site spotless. Power Washington was awesome from beginning to end. Showed up 5-10 minutes early to introduce himself and to do a quick walk around. Results were incredible. Looks like a brand new house when Mr. Yarush is done. Asked if I needed anything else taken care of such as the driveway but was not pushy about it. Friendly and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Power Washington. I'll definitely be using this company again in the future!

I had reached out to a handful of companies in the area. Kyle at Power Washington got back to me really quick. I appreciated that. I thought his company name was clever. Anyways he came out, gave me a great price, and went to work immediately. The work he did was impressive. I admittedly let some things get a bit dingy and out of hand, and he meticulously cleaned everything and made it look brand new. I was shocked at how good my house looked. OMG! I started with moldy siding and dirty gutters, but I will definitely be having Kyle return for much more. He was courteous, really a hard worker and fast and GOOD!! Will be returning here (btw, price better than most too)
