"After moving into our new home the only thing lacking was a back patio that was adequate to sit and bar-b-que on. The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. As the lead workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this patio and I'm making it as though it was my own." "Details in story below but Bottom line: Terry is a pro. He showed up, on time, looked at what we needed and got to work building a sturdy set of steps for my mom’s garage. We had been trying to get the stairs done for around 2 months and the other guy kept not showing up and/or showing up and working for 10 minutes and then leaving, he seemed to be the unluckiest dude ever. Excuse after excuse, and mom kept giving the guy more chances. Well, after calling Terry and scheduling, he showed up first thing, and we had stairs well before lunchtime. My mom is so happy to have safe stairs into the garage. She’s already thinking of other jobs. Lol. Thanks Terry."
