My experience with American Custom Concrete was unbelievable! My project was a bit challenging because it was a short notice, yet they were able to schedule me right away. They completed the project before I expected. Daniel and his crew were worked diligently, making sure that my desired design came to reality. The whole process was a breeze, clear communication and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend American Custom Concrete for your home outdoor projects.

Our patio was to small and BORING! We saw American Custom Hardscapes working in the neighborhood and asked them to talk with us about our ideas. They came out and really helped us clarify our ideas. I thought there would be this long process to take out the old patio and get the new one poured, NO! One morning, old patio was there and that night a new amazing patio was there! A few days later after the concrete set up they finished the bench and lighting. We were very happy with their work, their team, their pricing, and most of all their product! We just love the new patio! Thank you American Custom Hardscapes!

Once again American Custom Hardscapes returned to my home to do some upgrades and once again we are so pleased with their work and the professionalism they performed. They did as they said and as the time prescribed. I am highly recommending them as well as will be asking them to do more work in the future.

ACC delivered on all areas with our installation of a concrete patio and sidewalk. They answered all of our questions and the project was completed on time by professional crews. We now have not only a functional but beautiful sidewalk and patio. Their service was excellent and we would confidently use them again for any future projects.

Lousy, overall, very unprofessional team management and their customer service also is very poor. I highly recommend Angie does not send them any work at all. The customer satisfaction means nothing to this company.

I had American Custom Concrete complete a new stamped concrete patio in my back yard. This company worked with my schedule to have my patio installed rather quickly. Cheryl and Keira were excellent to work with and made sure I was well taken care of. The estimator discussed different design options while offering me a very competitive price. The installation teams were great and made the necessary adjustments to ensure I was pleased with the completed product. I'm looking forward to entertaining on my new patio. The stamped concrete looks absolutely fabulous! A few of my neighbors have commented on how lovely it looks and are planning to use their services as well! 😀

This project was an amazing experience with ACC. They do very good work and are very professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. I would hire them again in the future. Costs was reasonable.

We had two pads installed. One for a hot tub and the other for our garbage cans. Both came out perfect and were exactly what we wanted. Amazing work, thank you!!!!

This is a very professional company. We scheduled the work in February, knowing there could be weather delays; and there were. However, they called my husband and kept him up to date on the schedule. We were lucky enough to have a few good days and the crew showed up on time and completed the work over the next few days. Very professional, nice and respectful. The project (two walkways and a fire pit) came out perfect! They completed the job and cleaned up everything--it was like they weren't even here. We are very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again for any concrete or outside stone work--excellent.

Daniel Garcia came out to give an estimate and was able to provide valuable information no one else bothered to even mention. Given the grade of my property, a retaining/sitting wall was recommended to eliminate run off and possible erosion. The price was right. The crew showed up and worked like a well oiled machine. Everything I was told about the process went exactly as promised. The finished product is one I'm sure I will enjoy for years to come.

The crew was prompt, courteous and very professional. The patio was eaxctly what I wanted.

It went great. They came when they said they would over several days. They removed grass and excess soil started the form and rebar the first day, finished forming/rebaring and poured it the second day, cleaned the third day and and put the concrete protectorate on the fourth day. Their team worked diligently each day. They also did this with a minimum damage to our lawn areas. Was very pleased with their work.

American Custom Hardscapes did beautiful work in our backyard. There we’re some hiccups with scheduling but this has been the same story for most businesses lately. Daniel and your team are amazing and perform superior quality keep up the work.

I would recommend American Custom Hardscapes. They did a fantastic job with our patio and our deck. There were some challenges in the beginning due to communication and Covid, but ACH worked hard to get through them and gain our business. Even with the challenges we faced I would work with them again. There is no doubt in the quality of their work and their dedication to their customers. Many companies are having challenges due to Covid and lack of employees. American Custom Hardscapes proved that they can and will overcome them.

Our patio is great. We went for the wood stamp design and it looks like real wood. When you look at our deck it all flows together. Highly Recommend.
