We just built a new home and hired X-terior Techs to install the SunSpace System to close in the screen porch and, with the addition of a Mitsubishi Mini-Split, turn it into basically a year round room (also have a 2-sided fireplace which adds even more heat in the cold weather!). There is an open patio space below the porch so they also insulated below the porch floor and installed a very nice ceiling above the patio below. They did great work and Sean and his team were a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a new home in Virginia, had a covered porch on the rear of the house, called X Terior Techs for a complete rap around enclosure. The installation is awesome, and all I have is good comments about the product. The enclosure was easy to install and my wife loves the enclosed area to sit in and just read her books.
