"Hot water issue. Technician gave estimate for hot water tank replacement of 8 year old lightly used tankless. In light of the phenomenol price tag, did some homework. Hit the reset button. Fixed. Hmmmm. Maybe it was the tankless that confused him. Really glad it was a free estimate (unlike Len's who charged me $315 and didn't fix it)."

"They charged $98 to come give me an estimate for swapping our a shower valve cartridge, which was fine, but the pricing they provided was completely unreasonable, $1,000. They were unwilling to provide any detail for the price. I ended up buy the part myself for $30 and replaced it in 30 minutes."

"SUMMARY Jeff and his company arrived on time, however their customer service and demeanor were very rough and unprofessional. Jeff would openly yell and swear at his brother, insulting him and telling my wife and I to ignore him. Careless and sloppy work. CLEANLINESS AND CARE They did not wear booties or put down a mat or put a lot of care into protecting our home while working. They left loose screws around, put their tools directly on our appliances, scratching them. We had to ask them to put down a towel or something to protect our belongings. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR At one point, while working on our outdoor spigot, Jeff was yelling at his brother and pushed him into our outside AC unit causing it to jostle around. We were afraid of damages. Jeff has no problem bad mouthing previous customers and being confrontational. QUALITY OF WORK Jeff knows what he's doing in practice and years of experience. I don't think this outweighs his and his workers' professionalism. The placement of the hoses from our laundry room sink were awkward and nonsensical. Ultimately will not hire them again."

Johny arrived within an hour, inspected the old heater, and although he suspected it needed replacement, he still contacted the manufacturer to explore repair options. The repair was estimated at $300–$400, but we chose to replace the unit instead. The replacement was completed within 5 hours of the initial visit. Kati and Johny were patient and informative, walking me through payment options and explaining the differences between heater models. Overall, excellent service and quick turnaround. I wish it had been a bit more affordable, but I couldn’t get quotes from other providers without a home visit. Highly recommended!"
