It didn't. When a person called me the day before and asked what i wanted done, I told her that we needed our furnace looked at and possibly do preventative maintenance, so that when we turn it on in the next couple of months, it will hopefully run smoothly. She asked me if someone would be home the next day (Friday) and I said "Yes" and then she asked if "AM" or "PM" worked better and I stated "PM". She went on to say, "PM means between 12:00p and 5:00p" and I said, "Ok". Well, it's now almost 4:00p and I've heard nothing else from them, besides the initial text stating, "Hi this is your dispatcher, with FH Furr Dispatch. We have you on schedule to have service performed at your home today." When I texted the dispatcher, she called me within a few minutes and asked me, "What are you having done today?" And then she tells me that they need to wait until it gets colder and asks me to reschedule. Argh, why didn't the lady that I spoke to yesterday, tell me this? Very frustrating.

Seung Park and John Howard and assistants did a wonderful job installing my new equipment! They were prompt in arriving, efficient in doing the installation, and very courteous and pleasant to deal with. They also cleaned up the job site well after the job was done and clearly explained what I needed to know about the new equipment. Because of them, I have a very favorable impression of FH furr.

Great customer service fair price on time.

Every experience I had with FHFurr was terrible. I had sales come when my AC broke. I ended up going with another company to which the sales rep said “you’re going to regret that but ok” ummm??? I had a team come out to clean my ducts. I live in a condo and after arriving 1.5 hrs late they said they couldn’t do the service because they couldnt park where they needed…after I told them, as the owner YES. The job was est for 4 hrs. When different techs came back the next day they were only there 1 hr. Fast forward 6 months later I just replaced a register and it had mold on it. So I guess they didn’t really clean much. I had signed up for their AC subscription. I made an appointment months in advance and no one showed up. I called multiple times that day, they said a tech was in the way. No one came. They called a week later to reschedule. When I called CS to say this was unacceptable their rebuttal was “well we called to reschedule” and when I said I wanted to speak to a manager I got an email saying “I listened to the calls and everything was handled correctly” if that is what your company finds acceptable, there are many others that I’ll now go to that treat customers better.

After experiencing a ceiling collapse caused by water buildup resulting from a disconnected AC pipe by FH Furr duct cleaning department, I reached out for assistance. Unfortunately, it has now been 48 hours and communication and guidance on remediation are completely lacking, leaving me feeling stranded by the customer service team and FH Furr as a whole. So disappointed at having not received clearer communication or proactive support as we remain unable to inhabit our bedroom. Has anyone else been experiencing issues with FH Furr's duct cleaning department or customer service team?

Could not even properly get a quote as they would not accept that there is a difference between tenant and landlord responsibility in this building. Would not even give an estimate without having my landlord commit to payment, even though it was a tenant’s role.

Alonso was fantastic! He kept us updated on his status when arriving. He communicated exactly what he was going to do, what he needed from us, and approximately when he would be done. He finished well ahead of schedule! Clearly stated what we need to do to keep up maintaining our unit. He’s great, and certainly deserves a raise or promotion.

Extremely good service. Mario showed up on time, was unfailingly, polite, showed a great deal of patience and acuity in applying his knowledge and skill. He took over an hour to give us extra care in what most technicians would get through in half that amount of time. He explained everything Clearly, and offered us possibilities for the future without a hard sell.

I contacted F.H. Furr for a second opinion for a HVAC installation issue I was having from another HVAC company that did the installation. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technician, Brandon, was pleasant and arrived on time. The service Brandon provided was truly exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing. I would recommend F.H. Furr without any reservations.

Adrielle Champagne was efficient and thorough. Fixed the issue, tested everything out, left workspace spotless. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

JJ gave me an estimate for an electric wall heater in my outside shed to the condo I live in.

Cody did a magnificent job, had a great personality, & he mentioned things that needed addressed that other techs overlooked. Cody also suggested installing an outside hose bib so that I can wash my dogs with clean filtered water which I plan on having him do this summer. He gets an 11 out of 10!

Darvin was fantastic. Friendly and professional, took the time to explain multiple questions I had about the boiler components and best practices for maintenance and care. Couldn’t be happier.
