During the same visit, he took measurements for the 65' vinyl picket fence replacement, discussed it, and said he would check with the manufacturer and let me know something in a couple of days. It didn't happen. A week later, I called his cell phone twice and left messages. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I called the office and spoke with someone who verified it was Chuck that came out and said she'd reach out to him and have him contact me. Never heard from him. Not worth it; a paying customer shouldn't have to beg!!"
