His math came to $746 TOTAL FOR PARTS ALONE. Figure that math out for me ? He arrived at 8:15am and started working at 8:45 and finished at 11:15 and charged me 4 hours at $75 an hour for a total of $300. The total bill was $1046!! For a disposal, and a faucet. DO NOT HIRE THIS “COMPANY” They will absolutely take advantage of you, and then call you “money grubbers” when you pull a calculator out. You are better off hiring a reputable plumbing company in the area. If you’re trying to save money, do NOT look to KELLEM’S PLUMBING! If you see their Craigslist ad, RUN!"

"Outstanding customer service, I had an issue with a propane fireplace and called three other companies with no callbacks. I finally got a hold of someone and another Propane company and they recommended that I call H&B gas services. The person answer the phone talk to me for 10 minutes to ask several questions and told me that he would be able to be at my house the next day, which was a Saturday. They gave a call Pryor to showing up to tell me they were on their way When they entered the house. They removed their shoes put on booties. I told them that was not necessary and they said it was standard procedure that they wanted to respect my house. They quickly diagnosed and fixed. My problem gave several recommendations that I will follow through with. I would highly recommend them as they are available, dependable and work on the weekends, which works with my schedule."

"I'm concerned about this company. They were assigned by American Home Shield for our HVAC problem and although everyone I talk to is pleasant and knowledgable, and there were an expected 4 days of waiting for AHS approval/receiving equipment, communication is difficult and getting the work done took a long time due to multiple no shows and many, many follow ups to find out what was going on. 12 hours after installation (which was almost 3 weeks after first contact), the system was cooling very slowly and they promised a week ago to make an appointment to check refrigerant but have not shown up nor called. I realize they're busy but this experience has been an exercise in extreme patience, and after almost $4k and a 60 day AAS warranty, I probably have to pay someone else to fix it."
