The pilot light area was cleaned so it now worked, the logs were replaced where they should be (previous cleaner had misplaced some logs - I was not aware of this) and it works perfectly Plan on getting on their annual cleaning contract.

Fantastic service! As promised, I received a call from the technician (I believe the name was Terrence) the morning of the appointment. Since he was running ahead of schedule, he asked if he could come earlier - which was fine. The technician was excellent. Prior to starting, he protected the area around the fireplace to avoid getting dirt all over. He was very thorough taking each part apart and checking/cleaning. Everything was put back in place and the area around the fireplace was left as clean (if not cleaner) than when he started. In addition to doing an excellent job making the fireplace (that had been unused and uncleaned for 10 years) look brand new, he took the time to explain everything he was doing. Since we have never used the fireplace, he took the time to walk me through the starting process. I'm glad to see such quality of service from a locally owned & operated company. They will certainly get my business every year.

Danny was awesome!!! He was able to service our gas fireplace within an hour and had it completely working. He took the time to make sure that our logs were placed properly to reduce the amount of soot buildup. He also laid down some mesh to make it look like fire ambers on the bottom of our fireplace. Our fireplace has not been used to since we moved in 5 years ago. Thank you Fredericksburg Gas Fireplace Doctor for scheduling us so quickly. The service was excellent! We are so excited to be able to use our fireplace for the holiday season coming up.

he was very punctual, neat and knowledgeable. He as pleasant to be around, strange statement its nice when you have someone coming into you house. Did what was expected but also cleaned the fireplace.

Terrence was very prompt and attentive to our needs, explained each step to assure we were satisfied with the services rendered. He recommended additional upgrades as an option to our current configuration without a high pressure approach. This was our first experience with this company and we were not disappointed. It was excellent. They came when they said they were going to and did everything that needed to be done. Certainly had a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Had an appointment scheduled but they did not show up. Tech told me he would be here this morning between 8am-10am. My husband rearranged his schedule so that he could take our toddler to daycare late and go into work late. I left for work and my husband hung out for the tech. My phone rang at 8:03 but because I was at work I did not hear the call. I checked my phone and then returned the call at 8:24am. Apparently the tech decided that because I did not answer my phone, he was no longer honoring our appointment. I was disgusted by this and told him so. He then said that he could make it so that he took care of a different house and then when he was done he said he could go to my house. I asked him if this would involve another call to confirm because it would be possible I missed the call again since I'm at work. He said "Nevermind I'm not coming" and then hung up on me with no further explanation. I called him back immediately and he will not answer his phone.

Terrence did a great job getting our gas fireplace up and running in a short time. He was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The cost was also extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond just the repair. He cleaned the entire fireplace, and gave tips for future maintenance. He's a very nice gentleman, and I would recommend his services to anyone. Terrence is excellent. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Did a fantastic job. He paid a lot of attention to detail, cleaned up after himself and moved the furniture back in place. I will certainly recommend him to everybody I know and absolutely use him in the future.
