"Details in story below but Bottom line: Terry is a pro. He showed up, on time, looked at what we needed and got to work building a sturdy set of steps for my mom’s garage. We had been trying to get the stairs done for around 2 months and the other guy kept not showing up and/or showing up and working for 10 minutes and then leaving, he seemed to be the unluckiest dude ever. Excuse after excuse, and mom kept giving the guy more chances. Well, after calling Terry and scheduling, he showed up first thing, and we had stairs well before lunchtime.
