After reading and considering reviews for this, & several other providers, I was certain Christiane's was the housekeeping service for me! I left a detailed phone msg @ the direct contact # (757-746-8035), & requested a call back to arrange a consult/estimate. I advised that I was seeking a first-time thorough house cleaning, and if all went well, would set up a monthly cleaning schedule. As of this date (12/8/15), I have not received a return call. I am very disappointed, and would now be very reluctant to believe that this provider would be acceptable on any level.

Christiane and Lindsay did an amazing job! From the start, Christiane was very responsive to any email I sent. She was able to schedule us on her rotation relatively quickly. They were delayed slightly due to the ice storm we had causing school delays, but let me know ahead of time. Upon arrival, we did a quick walk through of the house so they knew the areas I needed clean and then the ladies jumped right in. Both Lindsay and Christiane are very friendly and super at their job. We are very appreciative of the service they provide as it gives us back family time on the weekends versus having to clean. I highly recommend them if you are considering starting a cleaning service. Thanks Ladies!

My tenant uses her and says she would give her 5 stars, because she is a very detailed cleaner, and she does it herself, and doesn't use help. Her price is fair. Her quality of work is exceptional and she is professional. My tenant bought a condo and said she is moving with the contractors.

I was especially pleased the first clean and she was excellent. It was a big job.
