Yet, the project is still unfinished, and we are left waiting with no firm end date. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this contractor ensure they get an itemized quote and have everything clearly written in the contract. Do not sign anything without finalized CAD designs, or at the very least, signed sketches included in the contract.
