"It went well originally. I had a hose bib replacement done from one of your companies. Southern plumbing. They replaced my hose bib. Worked for a couple of months Then it started leaking out of the top. Leaking profusely. They came and “fixed” it. A couple of months afterwards when I tried to use it today Not working properly. Leaking out of the top. I feel like I was scammed and the work was done insufficiently. How do we remedy this because I’m no longer interested in them servicing this. It needs to be done correctly by an actual plumbing company that can do the work. I’ll never trust Angi for any home projects I have. Throughly aggravated."

We are a local plumbing company service if the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are a smallChristian, family oriented, company rooted in the community dedicated to providing quantity affordable services.
"I wouldn't have chosen this company based on other's reviews, but our house came with an AHS warranty so decided to use that instead of my own time clearing a couple of backed up toilets and checking on water in the crawlspace. The kid that showed up was obviously not used to communicating with people and seemed to have very little experience. I told him the toilets will probably need augered so he did this and the toilets were able to flush. He expended little effort investigating the leak (that we knew was down in the crawlspace by a previous inspection) and his only response was "looks good". 24 hours later our toilet is backed up again after only having liquids in it and he refuses to come back out. I don't really think he has the experience to do much other than auger a toilet, which anyone can do but Lockhart is contracted out by AHS so people get stuck with them. Read the reviews and if you have the ability to pick your own plumber I would highly recommend it."

Tankless water heaters are more expensive than those with a storage tank, but they come with some impressive benefits that most homeowners find worth the higher investment. Most importantly, they provide unlimited hot water, so you’ll never run out like you would with a storage tank. Tankless heaters are also more efficient, so comparing gallon-for-gallon, you’ll spend less on hot water with a tankless heater. Tankless water heaters are also smaller, require less maintenance, and tend to last longer than storage tank water heaters.
It usually takes a professional water heater installer between two and three hours to remove an existing water heater and install a new tank heater. However, it could take four to five hours if they have to work in a small utility closet or another tight area, like a crawl space. Tankless water heaters have a more complicated installation process, so they will take a bit longer. Not only will you need to wire your water heater, but you’ll also need to connect plumbing to the intake and outlet. Sweating copper pipes and connecting wiring properly are skills most DIYers don’t have, and even if you do feel confident you can do it, working with water and electricity always leaves the potential for electrocution. Hiring a local water heater installer is well worth the investment.
In most municipalities, a license is not mandatory for water heater installation or replacement. However, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed plumber or water heater installer to handle the work. Licensed installers are far less likely to make a mistake during the installation, which means paying for the experience decreases your risk of a leak and other issues.
