First, he should have rescheduled since rain was forecasted and he was slated to steam clean my automobile carpeting with car parked in my driveway. Then it started to drizzled and I suggested we move my car into the garage. He deferred and continued the task in the driveway. A few moments later I came out and it was raining steady and part of my car interior was wet and getting wetter. I insisted on moving the car into to garage so he could finish and prevent my car from getting soaked. Overall, he performed the task thoroughly but did not seem to have indepth knowledge of the cleaning products being used when I asked questions."
