"Although their prices are higher than your local home repair pros, Champion takes ownership of every part of the warranty if needed. No chasing people/corporations down just to get the half-hearted warranty they promised. Champion was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. If financing, just make sure to get ALL of the details upfront. Luckily we were able to do something different but still nice to have a finance option if needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a sunroom or transform a screened in porch to a sunroom like we did. They met our expectations in every respect. For example, they went to great lengths to make sure the existing paint and the new paint matched perfectly. They were very detail oriented and responsive to changes we requested. "Hiring this company has been a huge regret. I hate writing bad reviews for companies but there is no way that we can say anything positive. Once you sign the contract, you are hosed. We hired them to do install a Louvered Pergola on our deck. We signed the contract on June 7, 2025 with their salesperson Bart, which said they were expired in installation these. Which were later were told by their electrician that he never did this before. This project was horror from the beginning. First they measured the area incorrectly and started to install the pergola in front of our windows. We had to point this out to them. They then had to lower our sunroom windows. Now here we in Feb 2026 the job is still not complete. I have reached out to them several times. We were not able to install a ceiling fan because of the incorrect measuring, and the pergola isn't functioning. Bad remote, incorrect electrical wiring??? Don't know. DO NOT HIRE THEM!"
