Betterliving Sunrooms

The installation was done by Valley Roofing, and they proved to be excellent contractors. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a sunroom or transform a screened in porch to a sunroom like we did. They met our expectations in every respect. For example, they went to great lengths to make sure the existing paint and the new paint matched perfectly. They were very detail oriented and responsive to changes we requested. We were extremely pleased with the outcome.

The crew was very polite and helpful. They where able to get to the job ahead of schedule. The crew protected items around the house and did a through cleaning when they finished. I was concerned about my dogs and items left in the yard. But there was no need as when I looked after they cleaned I only found 2 small bits of plastic and a small piece of shingle, less than I find after a good wind storm. They where a couple of cap shingles short. And are due back on Wednesday to finish and recheck the work. I'm very pleased with the new roof and service I received.

wouldn't install roof on mobile home.wanted to spray rubber roofing instead and give no warranty.found someone else to put metal roof on for just a little more than what they wanted to spray roof for.

I called and left a message, and received no response whatsoever. This is not very promising, and thus, I wouldn't do business with them now if they offered to pay ME for the job. Poor, poor, poor.

After receiving several estimates, I found Valley Roofing to very competitive and professional. From the professionalism and courtesy of the estimator, to the the job foreman everyone was fantastic. During the job, which included installing 3 solar powered skylights, there was never any loud talking or music, no tobacco use, and the job sight was clean everyday before they left. My neighbor commented that they were always picking up debris, wiping down the side of the house, or asking if they could park their truck in front of their house. I highly recommend Valley Roofing.
