Hiring this company has been a huge regret. I hate writing bad reviews for companies but there is no way that we can say anything positive. Once you sign the contract, you are hosed. We hired them to do install a Louvered Pergola on our deck. We signed the contract on June 7, 2025 with their salesperson Bart, which said they were expired in installation these. Which were later were told by their electrician that he never did this before. This project was horror from the beginning. First they measured the area incorrectly and started to install the pergola in front of our windows. We had to point this out to them. They then had to lower our sunroom windows. Now here we in Feb 2026 the job is still not complete. I have reached out to them several times. We were not able to install a ceiling fan because of the incorrect measuring, and the pergola isn't functioning. Bad remote, incorrect electrical wiring??? Don't know. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

I regret hiring this contractor for our sunroom project. It’s been nearly a year since we signed the first contract, and over six months since we signed the final contract. Yet, the project is still unfinished, and we are left waiting with no firm end date. From the beginning, we faced multiple issues with communication and a lack of alignment between the contractor’s understanding and our expectations. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this contractor ensure they get an itemized quote and have everything clearly written in the contract. Do not sign anything without finalized CAD designs, or at the very least, signed sketches included in the contract. We’ve also encountered many cost overruns, despite already being financially stretched. Some of these issues stemmed from incorrect measurements and we feel , we were unfairly charged for additions and removals. The contractor’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, no concrete plan , and failure to meet deadlines.

Owner takes his business seriously and will make every effort to reconcile any dissatisfaction.

After a deposit was taken, we were completely forgotten about. Whenthey finally did the work, they did not finish and after weeks of waiting, we decided to do the finish work ourselves. Do not use this company!!!!

The workers are well inform of what their doing and know the codes and what would work better, if you want. I can't comment on the work yet, they haven't started. They just finished up the site survey but, they seem to know great work or I wouldn't have hired them.

Out of the four companies we talked with for the construction of a roof over our deck, we choose Stoneridge Outdoor Living. We found them easy to work with plus they answered all our questions and offered plans for what we wanted and at a price we could afford. Their attitude and professionalism has been great. I will update my review when the work is completed but I have no doubt things will go well.

StoneRidge Outdoor Living built our Four Seasons Victorian Conservatory a little over a year ago. It is absolutely beautiful. We have enjoyed being able to feel like we are outside regardless of the outside temperature. It truly is a usable room during all four season. The workmanship is superior. Our room has far exceeded our expectations and we enjoy it daily. We enjoyed working with the staff as well. They are very professional and knowledgeable. In our opinion the true test to a company is the service after completion. We had a small issue arise. I was able to discuss it directly with the CEO of the company. He encourages clients to reach out to him directly if they want to via email or phone. He listened very closely to our issue and within a few days the issue was resolved and he even came out to our home to check on everything. We would definitely recommend this company for any of your outdoor projects.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship that was performed in the construction of our 4 seasons sun room. In fact we were so impressed with their entire process, from the beginning we never even considered getting competitive bids. We were confident we would receive a quality product and someone who would standby their work. We were never disappointed and the completed 4 seasons room is a perfect addition to our home.
