The person I referred him to was in a dire strait situation ( there was no heat in the home) and the weather was frigid cold. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, and immediately took action and got the job done! He is honest, fair, and above all has a great personality and has a genuine concern for people. The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore.
