They were effective, efficient, respectful and they explained and listened very well. They replaced my aging heat p*** with q new one.

Dude came to my home chewing tobacco and spat the stinky disgusting brown stuff all over the stair steps on my screened in deck. Paid $98 bucks for a diagnose of my system, 10 minutes of his time, and a stain on my wooden staircase. Not doing business with this people.

Tyler and his partner came out today to repair a drain line on my heat pump. He called ahead, arrived on time and was so pleasant and professional. They didn't try to hard sell me on anything or try to "find" something else wrong to charge me for. They did offer me a service plan for bi-annual checkups which I signed up for as my working unit is very old. I explained that my other unit was bad, he looked at it and explained what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate (which was inline with what I knew the cost would be) and didn't try to pressure me to do it . I was very impressed with their appearance, manners and politeness. I would highly recommend this company for HVAC issues.

Tyler provided helpful information about my unit it's old , was down on cooling fluid, and found a leak. I told him I have home warranty service . I will call them to see about replacing the ac unit.

Assured Climate is the company to use in the Richmond area. My family and I were left freezing cold yesterday afternoon. Our furnace went out while we were at work. We called our warranty company on a Friday to ask for another company, we were assigned Assured and on Saturday the sweetest lady called and scheduled us for the following Tuesday.
