"What a great experience! From introductory call through bidding process to delivering all that was promised, Zach was fantastic. Main job was replacing panel but we discussed numerous scenarios for add in’s that include outside hookup for portable generator, power to a shed in back, future EV charging station etc. Zach was very knowledgeable in all areas. Quotes for all options were broken down in modules that made it very clear and easy to see actual cost of each segment of potential job. This made it a breeze to finalize job quote. Communication throughout process was fantastic and pricing fair. I highly recommend Zach and Tech Connect. They will be my go to electricians in the future."
