"It was average quality work at an above average price. The quote included oil paint for a built in bookshelf, standard latex was used. The quote included a priming of the kitchen as well as two coats of paint. The walls were not primed even though I asked the lead painter if they were. I know they were not as the old color still bleeds through on three of the walls. I spent a full day chipping paint off the the kitchen tile, cabinets, and door frames, bathroom wood vanity, as well as the wood floors in the other rooms. I am in the process of hiring another company to repaint the disaster of a kitchen with which I was left."

"Presidential Exteriors installed 6 windows on our sunroom/office yesterday. Everything went smoothly and we can already feel the protection from the sunâ s heat. The windows are not hot as our previous ones would get, they open and close smoothly, and no extra work was needed. Everything was as expected. A sunroom should be sunny, not baking from hot windows. Unlike one of their competitors (who we previously did business with) but visited us with a high-pressure sales pitch, Ayden Redmond from Presidential stopped by to discuss options for our windows. We had no intention of signing a contract during that visit, but Ayden provided us with an option to do our desperately needed sunroom/office windows first at the pro-rated price as if we were having them all done. Then, if we were happy, we could keep that same lower price for the rest of the windows. Since our sunroom/office had very cheap windows that leaked and didnâ t open and close very well, we took him up on his offer. His offer was more than 10% below his competitorâ s lowest quote to us with the similar type of product and life-time warranty. I had windows installed with their competitor in a previous house, so I knew their products and warranty was good, and the installation was good, but they didnâ t seem to be interested in what we needed and the prices seemed high, especially for a returning customer. During Aydenâ s visit, he gave us time to check the detailed online reviews of Presidential and their competitor(s) (beyond folks that didnâ t like sales pitches) and we were impressed with Presidential. So, we went ahead with the contract. No surprises, no delays, no missing parts, just a smooth and high-quality installation. Mr. Kim did an amazing job orchestrating and doing the install of the 6 windows and paying attention to the smallest details. He left the inside and outside with no trace of their visit other than the beautiful new windows. Follow up visits by a manager and then a QA team finished the day. The experience and price was good enough to arrange for the installation of the rest of the windows. We even got 12 month no-interest financing which their competitor refused to offer.
