Presidential Exteriors installed 6 windows on our sunroom/office yesterday. Everything went smoothly and we can already feel the protection from the sunâ s heat. The windows are not hot as our previous ones would get, they open and close smoothly, and no extra work was needed. Everything was as expected. A sunroom should be sunny, not baking from hot windows. Unlike one of their competitors (who we previously did business with) but visited us with a high-pressure sales pitch, Ayden Redmond from Presidential stopped by to discuss options for our windows. We had no intention of signing a contract during that visit, but Ayden provided us with an option to do our desperately needed sunroom/office windows first at the pro-rated price as if we were having them all done. Then, if we were happy, we could keep that same lower price for the rest of the windows. Since our sunroom/office had very cheap windows that leaked and didnâ t open and close very well, we took him up on his offer. His offer was more than 10% below his competitorâ s lowest quote to us with the similar type of product and life-time warranty. I had windows installed with their competitor in a previous house, so I knew their products and warranty was good, and the installation was good, but they didnâ t seem to be interested in what we needed and the prices seemed high, especially for a returning customer. During Aydenâ s visit, he gave us time to check the detailed online reviews of Presidential and their competitor(s) (beyond folks that didnâ t like sales pitches) and we were impressed with Presidential. So, we went ahead with the contract. No surprises, no delays, no missing parts, just a smooth and high-quality installation. Mr. Kim did an amazing job orchestrating and doing the install of the 6 windows and paying attention to the smallest details. He left the inside and outside with no trace of their visit other than the beautiful new windows. Follow up visits by a manager and then a QA team finished the day. The experience and price was good enough to arrange for the installation of the rest of the windows. We even got 12 month no-interest financing which their competitor refused to offer. Presidential Exteriors is willing to work with you to meet your needs and they seem to take pride in that. Windows and exterior work is not inexpensive and I am sure there are less expensive options. But I want the work to last and few companies provide a lifetime warranty on their products. Ask for Ayden Redmond as your sales rep and Mr. Kim as your installer. You wonâ t go wrong.

Nate performed a repair by caulking a few areas around an existing new window and caulking around the frame which the company was not responsible for. He explained the work to performed and did such in a professional manner. I really appreciated his work ethic.

Matt, who came and changed the window spring, was very professional, he knew his responsibilities; he did it quickly. I am very pleased with his work.

Whether coincidence or planned, my husband and I got a knock on our door for a FREE roof estimate within 1 week of moving into our first home. We obliged knowing our roof was 20+ years old, even though there was no clear damage or issues. The sales guy shows up and spends 3 hours feeding us all the right lines for why their company was top-rated and unlike the rest. We fell for it as new, first time homeowners. Learn from us- do not fall for the sign tonight and we will do YOU a huge favor and knock $2K off the price? like we did. After family and friends laughed at us for the outrageous price we agreed to, we asked a couple companies to come out for additional estimates. They confirmed that we were paying $10K MORE than necessary- yes, $10K ? Day of installation, some day workers show up to install our roof in their unmarked vehicles (despite being told they never use day workers and put their teams through extensive certifications and protocols). At this point, we had already accepted our mistake and were ready to put this roof decision behind us. Fast forward 2 hours, and we get a knock on the door that some unexpected work came up? requiring an additional $2K in supply costs on top of the already inflated, outrageous purchase price of this roof. They did not discuss these additional costs until the portion of roof (which was pretty new roll-roofing) was completely ripped off and the supplies were already ON SITE, leaving us no choice. To top it all off, while working, they knocked our glass dome off of our screened porch ceiling fans- shattering everywhere. They promised to replace the broken parts, but it never happened. So, learn from our mistakes. Do not open your door for this business. If you happen to, just send them away. If you have already signed a contract, just know you have a set amount of time to change your mind! Nullify that contract then go find any of the other 100 roofing companies that do honest work for an honest price!

Wow! I canâ t say enough great things about my experience. I had a major leak on my roof. Mike showed up and assessed the situation and although they were busy he was able to push my project through because of the severity of the leak. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. By far the best contractor rep Iâ ve ever dealt with. I was scheduled to meet with another contractor the next day. I called and canceled that appointment. I signed with Mike that night. The entire process was seamless and stress free. From Sam the coordinator, Felix the foreman, to the installers. Every single step of the job, every employee was top notch. They treated us so well. They were honest, clean, and efficient. David, the owner, even stopped by during the installation to speak with me and make sure I was taken care of. Iâ ve never received customer service like this before. Unbelievable service. Do not hesitate to hire these guys. No need to shop around. These guys are the best! What an exceptional company. Thank you immensely!

The owner, Dave, made it so easy to choose the right door and understood exactly what I wanted. The 2 installers, Juan and Matt were so professional. It was obvious that they were very experienced ! They cleaned up after they were done and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

If you are looking to upgrade the curb appeal at your house, look no further and hire Presidential Exteriors. My wife and I hired David Lupton + his team on an exterior upgrade project - including windows, siding, trim and gutters. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. And better yet, they delivered the project on time, while always keeping me up to date on progress + all of his team members were awesome to interact with. All around a great experience and would hire them again.

I contracted Presidential Exteriors to replace all the windows in my townhome a few weeks ago. We were a little worried about the timing due to covid, but we couldn't handle the cold air coming in anymore. Everyone wore masks the whole time and could not have been more polite and professional regarding our concerns during the initial meeting and during the installation. The project manager Ryan W. was more than attentive during the install, (which only took half a day). When installation was done and the site cleaned up, Ryan even made sure we knew how to properly operate the windows. Elena (who was our coordinator) and Ryan worked well together keeping us informed and in the loop the whole way. Great guys! The got the work done very quickly and were very friendly! The new roof looks fantastic, and they took care of a lot of little things that were not required (they cleaned out my gutters, for example). I have a 4 month old puppy, so I was worried about nails being left behind, and they took a full 2 hours with multiple strong magnets to clean up my yard. Haven't found a single nail! I highly recommend!
