"Young man was here 4 hrs and had to put in 2 parts for my unit to work. He was very nice, but in training, use the phone to get help. The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore. It was up to management to tell me not this young man. Fran Topper"
