I called James on Monday, he came out, diagnosed and removed the gas valve from my 21 year old furnace. While diagnosing he explained how and why everything worked. He offered to loan me a couple of space heaters for the night. I declined as I had my own. He came back Tuesday with a new valve and I have heat again. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He takes pride in his work. If I have any HVAC issues in the future Air Nerds will be the first place I call.

Very well. I installed a mini-split and needed a vacuum pulled on the charged lines to fire it up. The whole process was quick! Regular maintenance on my other two systems has been easy to schedule and get checked out each season.

James is so incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC systems. It’s so hard to find someone or a company to trust. As a Realtor, I deal with HVAC companies on a regular basis and I was very impressed with Air Nerds! He could have easily tried to sell us a brand new system but instead recommended charging the System and an injection of leak stop. He gave me some great tips on how to keep ourAC running smoothly and was not annoyed when I followed him around asking questions. He was awesome and Air Nerds is our new HVAC Company. Trust is so important!

This company is awesome! They came out and checked the unit and with miscommunication and misunderstanding we had to call them back out . They made everything right!
