I have had numerous conversations with Katie who talks over me telling me this was done to code. She promised me twice last week that her manager would call me and I have not heard from anyone. "The project started out with an expected completion date of 2 weeks. The workers initially showed up erratically then gradually tapered off. Additional damage was found that was apparently there long before we bought the house in 2016 but we were told any further work would need be stopped until we were able to finance an additional $10,000 + leaving other areas of the floor and insulation unfinished. We were also expected to pay costs outside of the terms of the original contract or threatened with a lien on our home. We asked the contractor come back and complete the flooring up to the area the area of additional repairs with the agreement to prepay to make it safer for our toddler while we were in the process of refinancing our house to be able to pay for the additional repairs. Mr. Hammond has only contacted us through email taking up to several days for a response and refused to return any of our calls or text messages then mostly recently advised us that he had larger more time consuming jobs to complete and didn't know when he could get back to our job and suggested we hire another contractor."

"This company stole $755 from me and should not be allowed to operate. This company is a disaster to work with. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced. I made a service request through my home warranty company. Mundin said I would owe $755 in non-covered costs. I paid the $755 because it was the only way to secure an appointment. On the day the first appointment was scheduled, I got a call saying that the water heater order had been cancelled and it wasn't at Home Depot to be picked up and that I needed to call my home warranty company. I rescheduled the service a few weeks later. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Mundin towards the end of the appointment window that the service technician went to pick up the water heater but the order had been cancelled. I then asked Mundin to no longer continue the service and requested they refund my $755. It has been 1 month since I cancelled the service request. I have called Mundin numerous times trying to find out where my refund is. I was told 7-10 business days to process the refund, but after that had not received the refund to my credit card. I called Mundin to find out what happened and the receptionist said that she would call their bank to find out what happened. I was told that apparently there was some error with their bank and that the bank was going to reissue the refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on my refund. This company provided zero services for me and stole my money."
