David was professional, quickly assessed and expained the problem, gave me the cost of the repair allowing me to decide whether to go ahead with it. Reasonable pricing. Would call again.

We had an outdoor faucet that had no pressure. The tech replaced the line to the faucet and that fixed the problem! We had two toilets that new parts in the tanks. We asked him to check the other two as well. He truthfully told us one was fine and the other was not ready to replace parts but when it was, “save your money and replace the toilet. It is a builders grade. You’re better off replacing it.” Which we will will the time comes. We were very pleased with his work, which has a one year warranty, as well as his honesty.
