The owner, Kurtis, came out promptly, and I was immediately impressed by how professional and easy to work with he was. He provided affordable and comprehensive solutions for my needs, carefully evaluating the setup and making thoughtful recommendations. Kurtis and his team worked around my Airbnb bookings without any issues, which was a huge relief. The installers were polite, professional, and kept everything clean as they worked. Their attention to detail was exceptional—they left the worksite spotless and even added a rock border around the units, which was a polished and thoughtful touch. They installed a heat pump for the upstairs, AC with a gas furnace for the main floor, and a mini-split in the basement. On top of their excellent work, Kurtis also helped me coordinate with other contractors for related projects, including installing a gas line and upgrading both of my electrical panels.
