This review is long overdue. Dran Heating and Air is an amazing company. They assisted immediately when I called to request assistance with my HVAC system. The technicians are customer service focused and can beat any competitor with their prices. They will investigate and resolve the most difficult HVAC issues . Their expertise resulted in me being reimbursed for a HVAC leak I was being held liable for. I just wanted to say thanks for all your assistance. You guys are absolutely the best and you have a customer for life!

It was a quick fix and still cost over $100 but their service was good and they are nice.

I Requested a quote on line through Home Advisor for heating duct work on 2/22. Mr. Alston replied back in a short time. We set the day and time for a home visit. He and his helper arrived on time the day scheduled. They surveyed the area to determine what what was needed to solve my problem. I accepted his reasonable estimate and set the date and time to do the work. He and his helper arrived on time, made contact with me and went right to work on the project. The two men man together completed the job and in a reasonable amount of time I had heat flowing. I haven't dealt with this company before, but decided to give him a try. The two did a great job, was professional courteious and cleaned up afterwards. I am glad I called him. This is a family owned business, Veteran as am I. I will call him for all my future projects. He told me if my job needed, wasn't in his expertise, he will refer a reptible business to me. That I like, referrals. Thanks to them the Wife and I are comfortable now. I defiantly recommend Dram Alston Heating, A.C. and any home repairs to Dram.

Dran plumbing was very professional, prompt, and accurate to resolve our problems. His recommendation to install a complete new hvac system was sound. Upon making my decision to replace the full unit, Dran was able to do a complete removal and replacement the very next day. Perfect choice and worth the money spent. Prompt, courteous and professional. Dran came out on short notice. He evaluated the problem, and made the repair. The price was reasonable and the unit is running well.

I usually use someone else to service the system each spring. Got tied up, and forgot. When it got real hot this year, the air conditioner was not keeping up, and the house was getting to warm in the late afternoon/evening, and the system was constantly running. Called at 7:30am, they were there at 9:00am the same day. Great service, just the price (almost $300) was like $200+ more than I normally pay. Still, better than burning up the unit!

These guys are the best. Took on repair of my LG Portable air conditioner when no one else would. Not even the manufacture or store where I bought it. Worked one season and stopped cooling. They had No problem with finding the cause and repaired it. I would of had to buy another unit which was over $500.00 dollars. Fixed at a v dry reasonable price. You need to have them fix all your air conditioning Units. Excellent service . Will have them look at our central unit which does not cool upstairs.Great job!

The two gentlemen who came out were very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the problem with our furnace and were able to fix it immediately. The price was reasonable and the furnace has been running very well since. Thank you Dran's.

Dran came out on a Saturday when most companies were closed. He was able to see what the problem was and find the part. He came back on Monday and installed the part in a reasonable amount of time. My furnace is working fine

We lost our furnace early on a Saturday morning, and The owner of the company showed up to do the work. He was very polite and extremely helpful. There were a couple of parts that needed replaced, and he had them in his van and was Ray to install. He also gave us a discounted price on top of a military discount. I hope I don't need to hire them again, but if I were to need to, I will definitely hire them again.

They called immediately and were at our house within 2 hours of us using the website. Very fast and took the extra time to make sue everything was continuing to work properly before leaving.
