Scott and his apprentice were on time, worked with speed and focus, and were very courteous. The cut-off valve and outdoor faucet they installed are of high quality and should last a long time, unlike the ones which were replaced. I was really impressed with their work and have asked them to come back for other projects in a week or two. Highly recommended! His price included driving the 10 miles to his supply shop to pick up the faucet. Scott and his apprentice were just a courteous and focused as their first visit, working very quickly, as well.
Description of Work: Installed new cut-off valve between city water line and mine, replaced top electric water heater element, replaced outdoor faucet, sawed off and removed iron pipe that once supported a birdhouse, and sawed off and removed iron pipe which once used to brace a tree and which could not be removed simply by pulling. Update: They came back out on August 6th. They replaced my kitchen faucet. They also stopped a drip in a bathtub faucet/shower attachment. They replaced the bottom element and the relief valve of my water heater. They are currently working to repair a 60 year old wall heater. He also attempted to replace my bathtub drain for cosmetic reasons, but stopped when realized the scope of the job was much larger than he originally thought, due to do the age of plumbing.
