"I wouldnâ t have put one star but the form requires it before it will post the report. I had a horrible experience. Iâ m 70 years old and I had him do work on two doors. He made the front door so tight that once it is closed and locked my wife canâ t open the door from the outside when unlocked bc the throw is stuck. I asked him to move the throw closer like he did on my other door and he refused. I asked for him to fix it and he argued with me and said that it was â okâ . I asked for refund and he drove off. Iâ d paid in cash so Iâ m out of luck."

"they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
