All State Siding & Windows

Outstanding! This is the best upgrade to my home I have ever done. Work was professional and completed with high level of craftsmanship. the windows look like they came with the house. Patrick was great to work with as we planned the work.

All State did a great job on our siding. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. The house looks great and they made sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything. Very good communication throughout the project as well. Highly recommend them.

They were professional, they responded quickly when 1 of the windows cracked. They had the window completely replaced.

I contacted All State to get a quote for two projects: 1) to replace the metal cladding/trim that forms the interface between the stucco and vinyl siding and 2) replace all siding throughout my townhome complex. Jimmy (the owner) came out and looked over the project and recommended that we actually hold off on the project as it would not provide sufficient benefits for us. This kind of refreshing honesty is hard to come. I greatly valued Jimmy's observations and recommendations. I will, without question, be reaching out to All State should I have any other siding or window needs.

I felt like the job went extremely well. The guys working on my house did an awesome job and the house looks good as new. I felt like the workers did an excellent job communicating with me on what was going on, what was coming up, and anything else that we needed to prepare for. The workers also bent over backwards to make sure we were pleased with the outcome.

Allstate Siding and Windows was great to work with from beginning to end, especially Lee in the office. The customer service before, during and after installation was second to none and the workmanship was clean and professional throughout. The windows themselves are of great quality.

Due to a delay from manufacturer(had a sliding glass door painted two-tone) it took a lot longer than expected to get started. But, it was well worth the wait. From the salesman (Patrick), to the office personnel (Mike and Mary), to the workers themselves, they were fantastic. The end result was everything we expected and more. I would recommend AllState Windows and Siding to everyone who needs this type of work done to their home.

I am so pleased with their work. From the very beginning with Patrick and his salesmanship to the great window install team and having Nay & team come out and do the siding. This company is awesome. We had 4 companies bid and we are so very pleased with this team and their work! Our neighbors even come by to tell us how impressed they are, especially with the siding crew. They cleaned up everyday and left no debris anywhere. Highly recommended from us!

The whole process was very professional. The owner gave the correct time line. The workers were on time every day, worked steady and long hours. They were very friendly and helpful if I asked a question. There quality of work was excellent. They went above and beyond on every aspect of the job.

The workmen showed up early and got to work quickly. They worked very hard, putting in long hours to finish on time. They were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up after themselves. They installed additional 2 x 4 timbers as needed enabling the hardi plank to be installed and finished up with two coats of paint. Everything went smoothly and they finished on time.

The experience was excellent starting with Jim coming out and explaining the entire process, measuring and giving me a bid. After accepting 2 other bids, I chose Allstate because of the knowledge, breadth of service outlined, and the price. They sent all requests to my homeowners' association, and the work began as soon as the rains stopped. My house looks brand new. People stop me on the street to tell me how wonderful it is! Any question I had was promptly answered by Mike or Mary in the office. I'd use this company again!

Allstate installers were fast, friendly and professional. One window frame had to be modified to " save " existing spindles. A kitchen garden window needed extra installation care. A crooked window frame needed to be corrected. All those tasks were accomplished with excellent results and left virtually spotless with little cleanup needed, all done at a competitive price. I will use Allstate's services again.

I shopped around and they gave me the best price on a higher quality window. Installation was easy and efficient. My house looks great!

I took bids from 4 contractors. All State Was the low bid - but knowing the low bidder isn't always the wise choice I checked their references and visited some of the homes they did in our area. References were all good and I proceeded to hire All State. Our 2 story home built in 1992 had 30 very inefficient single pane windows and is half brick/siding - siding was the original wood fiber board. We chose the Hardi siding and Vistamark replacement vinyl windows. We also contracted for a complete repaint of the exterior. Installation was three days for the windows; four days for the siding; and two days for the painting. All work was done professionally and with a smile - despite the sweltering Houston area mid-July weather. The crew called attention to areas of concern and replaced bad wood where necessary - fortunately not too much for us. All contacts on the All State team from estimator Patrick, project manager Mike, and Mary in the office were pleasant to deal with and professional at all times. We had one small error on the window order and All State corrected the error quickly. I am not including pricing below because every job is different - therefore I recommend you get at least 4 bids on your project. I also recommend you be on site while the work is going on to see what your house likes like once deconstruction begins and decisions about corrections can be made quickly.

The only reason I would give them an A- is that I think the caulking job could have been a somewhat more ‘precise’. However, they were much better than the previous company I hired in that regard.

We received 4 quotes. All State was not the least expensive or the most expensive but we went with All State because the salesman seemed genuine & real. We hired them to install 9 windows. The time frames he gave were accurate. His contractors were polite, well mannered & professional. We have an older home so none of the projects have been considered "cookie cutter" & the window project was no different. The contractors did not "freak out" they told me what my options were, gave me their professional opinion & got to work. They did not $100 me to death with the extra work, they just did it & did not charge me for the extra services required to complete the job. The windows are beautiful and seem to be in good working order & I hope I don't have to find out about their customer service & warranty work. Now to find the perfect plumber.....

Wonderfully. I was truly impress with their professionalism, punctionality and flexibility. I would recommend All State to anyone who needs new windows.

The crew was very professional and finished when they said. Very clean and made sure we were happy with the work. The windows are very nice and are already saving us money. The project installation scheduler was very good about staying on top the bad weather and letting us know if there was going to be a problem long before we expected them to show up.

Patrick came out to give me a quote for the work needed to be done, since I wasn't sure if this was a window failure, a flashing problem behind the siding, or something else. He looked at the windows and suggested that while he could replace them, it's unlikely that was the problem at hand, even though the double pane seals are 20 years old. He said more likely that it was the flashing under siding, but before he had me pay for new windows which may or may not fix the problem, or rip off the hardipanels to investigate the flashing, he recommended a handyman come out to replace the rotten trim and caulk everything. If wind forced rain continued, then he would be happy to continue with me on next steps. While Patrick was here, I had him quote replacement windows for the rest of the house. He gave me a competitive quote for vinyl windows, but told me that while he would appreciate the job, he recommended getting another 5 or so years out of the windows before replacing them. Patrick's honesty and integrity on recommending the *right* job for me is truly above and beyond any other contractor I've had out to my house, and on that basis I would love to work with this company when it comes time to actually replace the windows.

Great! An estimate was done. Windows ordered. Windows installed. The end. No issues with the process at all. Very happy with windows.

All good outside, some problems with the burglar bars

It was a pleasure working with Allstate. The LaGrappes certainly know their siding and windows. All of our windows were replaced with vinyl units along with a complete siding replacement job with Hardiplank. Estimate was fair, Allstate stayed in regular contact with us during the project, installation was completed at the agreed time, and we were thrilled with the results. No major negatives to speak of. I recommend Allstate and would not hesitate to use them again for home improvement projects.

Excellent. Had 1 crew that did the windows and then another that did the siding and painting.. Both crews preformed flawlessly. Cleaned up their entire trash upon completion and left a clean jobsite. They were professional and courteous. Will recommend them.

It was great - from the sales process to the installation these guys were professional and responsive. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper price but the quality for the money I feel it was a win/win. The best part is they showed up exactly when they said they would, finished the job on time and cleaned up. I highly recommend them.
