"I recently undertook my first remodeling project, a shower remodel, with Carl. Overall, the experience was positive, thanks to the quality of work and his expertise, though there were some delays and unexpected costs. The standout aspect of Carl’s service was his excellent attention to detail. The finished shower looks fantastic, and you can clearly see the pride he takes in his craft. He is clearly very knowledgeable, which made us feel confident in his abilities. However, the project did take longer than originally anticipated. While some delays were understandable and of no fault of his. Other mishaps during the remodeling prolonged the timeline. One significant issue was a water leak that had us thinking our wood floors would be damaged, which added to my concerns but it was resolved quickly with no damage. Regarding cost, the final bill was higher than I expected. While the quality of the work was excellent, it felt quite costly compared to my initial budget. I'm assuming it aligns with comparable remodels, but it's something to keep in mind if you’re working within a strict budget. I appreciated Carl’s professional advice and willingness to offer suggestions on various aspects of the remodel and around our older home. His helpfulness was appreciated and was kind enough to even assist neighbors with various things. His insights were valuable and helped enhance the overall project. In summary, I am happy with the end result of my shower remodel, thanks to the exceptional work and expertise of Carl. While there were improvements needed in terms of timeliness and clarity in pricing, the quality of the finished product and the professional guidance provided made the experience worthwhile."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."
