Description of Work: My house was built in the 80s so we had the out dated white lattice trim. Austin came in and replaced our glass and removed the lattice work and sealed all of our seals Instead of replacing our windows at $24K, we had 14 windows updated for $1600! We love them! Super professional company!

Description of Work: Replaced 72 x 72, tempered, plate glass window in bay window that was shattered by a flying stone. Quote was quick and priced about as expected. Service tech arrived promptly when he said he would. Replacement window is as expected. Cleaned up broken glass while working so we have no random glass in our house/yard. Very please with service received from Windows Solutions.

They have always given honest advice on what is truly needed in maintaining our windows vs. just selling the most expensive job on something that could be handled with a basic repair/maintenance of the existing parts. They also know other professionals who handle different jobs in building/maintaining a home-they have recommended these peope to us and the work was done at a high level of quality that a homeowner should expect. When it was time to actually replace one of our larger windows, they handled an odd size with a great deal of care and offered choices for us to consider in the way of price, looks, and long term functionality.The members of their crew were also a pleasure to have at our house...they helped us with advice on how to handle basic repairs around the house at very affordable prices. Thank you Window Solutions. I will not hesitate in recommending you for work in the future and appreciate the advice that you have given us over the years!
