Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage, and Lighting, founded in 1987, provides Sprinkler Repair & Maintenance, Outdoor Drainage Installation, and Low-Voltage Landscape Lighting services to home owners, property management groups, and commercial businesses. Our top priority is earning your trust through outstanding customer service provided by our honest, licensed professionals. Our technicians receive criminal background checks, receive extensive training (on top of their required state licensing), and we don't cut corners. If you want the job done right the first time, give Andy's a call today!
"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Andy’s. When they came to help with our sprinkler system, they managed to dig right through our internet line, completely severing it. This caused a significant disruption to our daily lives, as both work and personal activities rely heavily on a stable internet connection. To make matters worse, when we approached them about the issue, they outright refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. If something goes wrong, you can expect zero support or compensation from this company. Avoid at all costs!"

"This was our second time using Pinckard Landscaping, and once again, it was truly a job well done. This time, we decided to have new landscaping installed in our front yard. We worked with Sandy and after meeting with us, discussing our preferences and taking meticulous measurements, she came back with a color rendering of her recommendations for the project. We made just a few adjustments and the work began the following week. The yard looks amazing!"

6 employees. Uses Licensed subs for irrigation, lighting, brick work and carpentry. You plant around your design, not design around your plants. Confusing? Upon meeting with a new client, most people will typically tell me of their favorite plant(s). Putting plants in the lead position of the design process will guarantee you a landscape that resembles your neighbors and every other house on the street and across the community. It’s like determining the colors you will use in your new house and you haven’t yet designed the house! Like colours, plants are a medium. You must provide context in order to give meaning. This is the hardscape or ‘bones’ referred to in garden literature. Be it a simple graveled path, a grouping of boulders, or obedient deference to existing topography, this is what will provide year-round interest. It is also the framework that will suggest and therefore help you choose which plants and their placement. The end result is an aesthetic and harmonious integration of hardscape and softscape elements. The Walkabout Way acknowledges the on-site environmental realities (ecozone, drainage, sun, shade etc..) and integrating these along with the clients desired outside intentions (active/passive use) as the basis for formulating a design theme. The end result is a naturalistic approach that is environmentally and ecologically sensitive, yet aesthetically pleasing regardless of the season.

The cost to reseed or overseed a lawn is about $1,050 on average, ranging from $450 to $1,700, depending on lawn size, seed type, and location. Popular seed types for residential lawns include bahia, fescue, and Bermuda. Keep in mind that it costs $0.10 to $0.20 per square foot to seed or overseed a lawn. Additional cost factors may include:
Fertilization: $80–$400
Soil testing: $700–$2,100
Yard cleanup and leaf removal: $200–$560
Treating weeds: $110–$325
Mowing: $50–$210
On average, the cost of lawn fertilization is $250, ranging from $80 to $400, depending on the size of the lawn, its current condition, additional treatments, number of applications, fertilizer type, and location. Keep in mind that labor, tools, and equipment make up 80% to 90% of the total cost of lawn fertilization. Additional lawn treatment options include:
Lime treatment: $100–$150 per 1,000 square feet
Crabgrass treatment: $30–$80
Grub treatment: $30–$80
Mulching: $150–$400
Dethatching: $265–$295
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:
Location
Yard size
Project size
Materials
Land preparation
Type of landscaping
Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000.
