Eric responded immediately to my e-mail request for landscape design. He met with us and we went over what we wanted to do and he offered suggestions on how to improve the landscape. His designer than completed a plat showing the plants selected and their position. After reviewing the design and the estimate we met with Eric again to make some minor adjustments. His crew came out and worked a very long day in removing the existing plantings and preparing the front yard for the turf. The sprinkler sub-contractor, H20 Sprinkler Systems, was very efficient and meticulous in adjsuting the sprinkler patterns, adding new heads and replacing bad ones. H20 also did the drainage and sump pump work. The stone work for the bed edging was very professional and the crew worked extremely well with us in making some minor variations as the work was ongoing. The turf and plants were installed in one day with a 4 man crew who worked probably 13 hours straight. A flagstone walkway was also installed in the front yard in an area that gets very little sunshine. We are extremely pleased with how the process went from start to finish and the yard looks fantastic. I highly recommend MetroTex Landscape and Eric in doing any landscape work. We will be using him again soon to install new landscape lighting and later to complete the work in the back yard. Eric and his crew and subs are all very courteous, prompt, and hard working.

I can't think of a way it could have gone better. Eric was courteous, prompt, and professional. I felt like he was honest and very efficient creating and articulating his plan. He listened to the problems and challenges I laid out and his solution was on point. His employees were a reflection of his work ethic. My wife and I are very much in love with the new yard and I will absolutely be using his services again soon.

MetroTex did a great job installing my interior Christmas Tree! I would highly recommend this company. They also had previously done great work on my landscaping preparing my front beds for the winter! They are pleasant to deal with and very responsive and efficient!

I received timely estimates for both projects, and they were scheduled and completed as requested. Eric is easy to reach by phone or e-mail. I have a dog and the crews are very good about letting us know when they arrive so we can bring him in if he's out in the yard.

Fabulous! We now use them for our weekly lawn maintenance and anything else landscape related that we need taken care of. We've been through a couple of "lawn maintenance" companies and they're the first ones who've done such a great job. (Previous ones always left the back hedges untouched or broke things and left them scattered without explanation.) They do lawn pest control, fertilize, trim trees and hedges (including rose bushes) and do a fabulous job! (They have a list of services so you can choose what you need/want according to price.) Recommending them to anyone who needs someone! We chose basically everything they offer and our lawn has never looked better!

Very well - scheduled quickly, price paid was spot-on with the quote provided, work completed in a very timely fashion. Was much easier than I expected, and we are quite pleased with the results.

It went great. Eric came out immediately and gave me a quote and was very personable. Unfortunately it was during all the rain we had but they still made it out in the time line that was given. It took 3 guys about 2 hours to get everything done and I did pay extra for them to haul the trash away. Great experience!

It was a great experience-Eric & his crew came over and immediately got to work-there were a lot of large bricks to move and plants to "update". They got in and within a couple of days our front lawn was transformed. Many people have noticed and commented on the improvement. Eric was very communicative before, during, and after the install, making sure we knew he was gong to be available to help in any way. Now, after almost 2 months, everything is starting to fill out.

Every year we change out our flowers seasonally, but in the past haven't been very happy with the design and plant selection our former landscape company used. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the results MetroTex provided. the work was done in a very timely manner after receiving the estimate, and we really like the variations of color and texture Eric chose. We're looking forward to using MetroTex for our next flower change in Spring!

I was not able to use their service because of the delay for them to provide the work. I could not wait 6 weeks to get the work performed. Thank you very much for your inquiry, however with all the rain delays we've had along with a backlog of landscape jobs it would be 5 or 6 weeks from the point of approving the bid before we could start. I certainly understand if you need to get the work done sooner, but let me know if the timeline I mentioned would work for you. Thanks again, Eric

Eric did a great job. He was extremely professional, punctual, polite and flexible. We wanted several different options and Eric provided. He has provided estimates very quickly and the yard looks great. He also provided us with a recommendation for work to be completed on our sprinkler system and we are very pleased with that as well. We are now getting an estimate for on-going maintenance.

They did (and still do) and excellent job. I have a pool in the back yard surrounded by grass and they do a pretty good job of not trashing my pool every time they mow. They are reliable, responsive and courteous and seem to value me as a customer. I would recommend them. I wish they were cheaper but I have found that most of the time you get what you pay for.

Eric, the owner of MetroTex, is an honest, dependable man. He has integrity and can be trusted. The workers, could only come on the weekend, and this was inconvenient for the residents of our condominium community, who complained. This resulted in not being able to continue service with MetroTex for maintaining the yard. It has been several weeks and the plants are still thriving. This was our first experience with a landscaper, and due to our neighbors, not MetroTex employees, the experience was not pleasant. The workers were rushed to finished and get their vehicles out of the way. I wish the workers would have had more time to complete the work.

Eric has been very responsive from day one. We wanted lawn maintenance and landscaping and he provided a plan at a reasonable cost to make our lawn look beautiful. They have been coming for a month now and our lawn looks amazing! So far they are great!

So far, GREAT! I really enjoy working with Eric Melton, overall a much better experience than I've ever had with lawn care service. He has been servicing my house for 4-5 months now. Previously, I used the cheaper service providers (the ones that left cards on the front doors). I was extremely frustrated with lawn care providers that couldn't speak English and never returned calls or understood the basic concept of "monthly service." With Metrotex, it is the exact OPPOSITE- Eric returns calls promptly, he let's me know when service is expected, and lives up to his quality guarantee. So far the regular cleanups and maintenance have gone great. I'm happy to pay a reasonable premium if it means consistent quality service and direct communication!

This was the first time we contracted anyone to have outdoor lighting installed. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. We found Eric Melton (Owner) to be very helpful with regards to the layout and design. We were the envy of the neighborhood and will definitely hire them again.
