"I am privileged to give David Williams review for his his performance caring for our pool the past 4 months. I met David on a maintenance call to fix a problem with our pump as a result of the February freeze. David made an offer to maintain our pool. Our pool is a pain because of some barstools that were a constant algae issue. I have had two other pool companies that could never accomplish keeping these clean And free from algae. Within weeks David had the chemicals under control paying particular focus on our heavy metals problem. He got the metals under control and since our allergy problems have basically disappeared. Some of that is due to his consistence with a weekly cleaning and brushing. The best part is David is a very trust worthy guy. Happy to talk about his family and ours. The relationship started with me sitting at a signal light and seeing Davidâ  s sign. I called that number and we have had a pleasant relationship since. Gone are the days of me constantly Writing complaint emails to my previous pool company. I would also make it a point to be there when their technicians cleaned. I already know that David is going to do the job that he promised."

"They did the plaster replacement and the surface replacement. After 18 months the plaster started showing cracks due to poor quality. They said they will repair and never did it. Now they donâ t even answer the phone. I am all for supporting local businesses, but please donâ t use them. And not happy with home advisor as this should be not being recommended."

"I had a bad experience with this pool service company. They came out didn?t even ring the door bell to let my family know they are present they just removed the lid from one pump to the other and said it worked a little better. They charged me $162.38 just to tell me that and my pool still hasn?t been diagnosed correctly after paying. I originally stated that I may have a leak and a clog because I don?t have any pressure. When I contacted them to please come out again a tech answered and told me to start texting again so he can tell me what to check. I replied I am not the professional you are I paid to have you tell me what?s wrong. Then after telling them how unsatisfied I was with there service the manager Sherri Scott send me a lengthy email telling me how well of a job they did and that I was lucky enough that they came out to my area in Pearland because it was out of there way. They are terrible do not contact these people."

"So very sad after YEARS of loyal service... sadly it has come to an end. I told Monica about my heat error 2 weeks ago, and the pump would only work intermittently after Johnnie installed it. Johnny came out today after repeated calls. I was busy on the phone.. he told me he was replacing the pump.. and then he said I was good to go.. said goodbye to LOLA my dog. Johnnie is very friendly. He shows up on time.. very important. As for the SUPERVISOR who answered tonight.. when the same heater error is on.. told me to get a new HEATER.. then proceeded to tell me to get a new HOTTUB. He also told me to buy a better HOT TUB.. I am sure that MASTER SPA will be glad to hear that. I have been a customer for 20-plus years. I have never called anywhere else. If I need a heater.. then let me know that at the appointment.. not on the phone 6 hours later, after Johnnie says you all set. The man on the phone acted as though he had been here.. NOOOO.. he had not. I told him that.. that I knew exactly who Johnnie was.. and that Johnnie rather liked my DOG. He told me that was not true.. he hated my DOG. I never write a negative review without trying to resolve the matter first. The supervisor would not give me the owner's phone number when I requested it. I think the supervisor needs some training in how to ONE.. Sell repairs.. TWO.. not to bash the very reason you're in business.. MASTER SPA has great reviews and is by far not a CHEAP hot tub. Was it worth it ?? I really would prefer you fix my hot tub. Even if it is at my expense.. that is for me to decide.. not the supervisor. If this is what it takes to get someone's attention. I asked for an owner's phone number.. this sad that it came to this. A simple apology might have made this situation a whole lot better."
