Spa Inspector, LLC

So very sad after YEARS of loyal service... sadly it has come to an end. I told Monica about my heat error 2 weeks ago, and the pump would only work intermittently after Johnnie installed it. Johnny came out today after repeated calls. I was busy on the phone.. he told me he was replacing the pump.. and then he said I was good to go.. said goodbye to LOLA my dog. Johnnie is very friendly. He shows up on time.. very important. As for the SUPERVISOR who answered tonight.. when the same heater error is on.. told me to get a new HEATER.. then proceeded to tell me to get a new HOTTUB. He also told me to buy a better HOT TUB.. I am sure that MASTER SPA will be glad to hear that. I have been a customer for 20-plus years. I have never called anywhere else. If I need a heater.. then let me know that at the appointment.. not on the phone 6 hours later, after Johnnie says you all set. The man on the phone acted as though he had been here.. NOOOO.. he had not. I told him that.. that I knew exactly who Johnnie was.. and that Johnnie rather liked my DOG. He told me that was not true.. he hated my DOG. I never write a negative review without trying to resolve the matter first. The supervisor would not give me the owner's phone number when I requested it. I think the supervisor needs some training in how to ONE.. Sell repairs.. TWO.. not to bash the very reason you're in business.. MASTER SPA has great reviews and is by far not a CHEAP hot tub. Was it worth it ?? I really would prefer you fix my hot tub. Even if it is at my expense.. that is for me to decide.. not the supervisor. If this is what it takes to get someone's attention. I asked for an owner's phone number.. this sad that it came to this. A simple apology might have made this situation a whole lot better.

They were very responsive to my calls. They scheduled my service promptly and arrived on time. They are very knowledgeable about spas & service. They gave me extra tips on maintaining my spa. They are very down to earth and take the time to explain what they are doing and what I should be doing! I would recommend them and I will be using them again in the future. They were super friendly!

Friendly, professional technicians. I highly recommend this company. They will be the only company I will trust servicing my spa. I thought there was a major issue with the spa, Johnnie checked and it was very minor repair. That is honestly above and beyond!

They came in and correctly identified what the problem was and repaired it with 3 days. I had gotten an incorrect diagnosis from some one else. They walked me through what the problem was and how to correct it in the most economical way possible. I now have them on speed dial. They had my best interest at heart and I will call them back for any additional work.

They corrected the problem but had start up problems and they never. Did any follow up!

Had a tech come to house to give an estimate to fix leak. He was there for maybe 5 minutes. I had the hole already dug to expose the leak. The tech did not even try to drain the water out of the hole, just took a couple of pictures of the pool and left. (I have video from security cameras) I called and the representative said it was ac courtesy look; so I was not

My poor control system was severely messed up by a prior company who miss wired the entire system. Spa Inspectors went to extraordinary efforts to get the control system vendor out to actually help troubleshoot the system to ensure it worked as originally designed. While not cheap, they replaced what needed to be and got the system back up and running correctly.

Spa Inspector came out, quickly identified the problem, ordered the part, got the part in a couple of days, and installed it. Spa Inspector even worked with me to get the part while the swim spa was under warranty. Friendly, professional, and courteous.

Johnny was terrific. practical and fair. personable and knowledgeable.

They have not shown up to do the job as yet. Originally came and then said would have to go back to the shop to discuss the problem with someone who might be able to help us. Week later called to schedule a follow-up visit and then called yesterday to say they could come today instead. However, it is now 3:30 and I have not received a phone call or seen anyone. With the holidays fast approaching I do not have time to deal with this right now.

I did not get a number of calls before hiring SPA Inspectors, but I had hired them previously. The cost of replacing a button seemed high however without receiving other quotes I am not sure. They are a great service and the service guy was great.

Mis-diagnosed the issue as it was an electrical issue as I first stated and they replaced a motor that did not need to be replaced.

Very professional contractor. He was on time and the cost of the repair was a good value.
