We use a developed bonding agent to insure that your new finish will not come off by itself making our process a long term, great looking solution for your refinishing needs. All of our technicians are employees and undergo a thorough criminal background check before being allowed to become a Fort Worth Refinishing technician. Each technician then undergoes a thorough 60-90 day training program before coming to your home or place of business to work on your project. Our materials are proven by testing and experience to be the best available providing a strong durable finish that will last for years. Lab testing shows our finishes last an average of 15 to 20 years. Ask about our Angie's List Discount. Refinishing has not been shown to work on husbands or wives. "Do NOT use Mark Ryan Williams with Williams Residential ! He took off with ALL our money and left our Azle house gutted over a year ago! He even went so far as to return purchased materials (kitchen cabinets) and pocket the cash. His insurance is trying to get out of paying the 200k damage claim because of several amendments to amendments of the original policy which makes it so that they don't have to cover "incomplete work". Mark Williams left ALL work incomplete. Only hire insured AND bonded contractors and avoid any contractor who carry NEXT insurance. A "contract" does not cover you- as it did not cover us. He also did not pay his crew (subcontractors beware) whom he abandoned for 2 weeks of demolition labor. Which we additionally had to pay to avoid potential retaliation and deescalate hostilities concerning. Avoid Mark Ryan Williams at all costs!!! He is a thief and will think nothing of upturning your and your families entire life."

"This was a hindsight 20/20 experience and if I had simply read the articles that advise you on how to spot a shady contractor I would have found a different contractor. 1. Nothing was in writing. 2. Communication was horrible. 3. Work took much longer than required and quality was lacking. The contractor did acknowledge the lack of communication and apologized with a discount but I would have spent 2x as much to have less hassle and better quality. I have new holes in my wall, mortar stains on my deck, front yard, and flower bed. I constantly had to clean food, cans, paper towels, and bottles thrown by works in both the front and backyard. They tried to cut corners and leave spots filled with caulking instead of tile and already there is opening between the tile from shoddy labor. I have a broken water line to my fridge and missing Halloween decorations. This was a really bad experience and I still have to spend more money to have someone fix the shabby labor."

Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized.
